Dimdim and MYCRMSPACE have partnered to jointly deliver one of the most usable "Web Meeting to CRM" integrations on the market.

Connector for Dimdim & Sugar CE (CFDS CE) is a radically simple solution to integrate a web meeting with a CRM application. Installation is a one (1) minute click-through process that can be done without any technical skills. Users can start a Dimdim web meeting with one (1) click from within the SugarCRM interface.

In the enhanced version of the connector (CFDS PRO) users can change some of the web meetings settings and directly schedule a Dimdim web meeting via the Sugar meeting module.

Necessary steps
- for Sugar 5.0 / 5.1 users: Get a Dimdim Account and install CFDS.
- for Dimdim users: Get Sugar and install CFDS.
